If you have a 3M™ Peltor™ HY10 marked adapter plate commonly used on Optime™ headsets, you instead need to order Sightlines Adapter Plates for Peltor™ Optime™ and similar headsets. If you have a 3M™ Peltor™ HYX1 or HYX2 or HYX3 or HYX4 or HYX5 marked adapter plate, you instead need to order a different model. If you have any other markings on your Peltor™ snap-in adapter plates, we likely do not have a suitable product at this time.
