The MUFF is a stowable, sub-abdominal handwarmer designed in collaboration with our friends over at WRMFZY. It was built to remedy to the pain of operating in cold temperatures, and having nowhere for hands to retreat to in between fine motor skill tasks. Unlike much bulkier offerings, The MUFF is designed to be compact and stay out of your way when not in use. It also features a multi-purpose gear pocket, so the wearer does not have to sacrifice as much valuable storage real estate on the body in exchange for maintaining finger dexterity in the winter.

The MUFF can be mounted to the bottom of a Spiritus Systems plate carrier or chest rig system using the integrated hook & loop tab, or as a standalone waist pack when used with the included waist strap. The MUFF features a compressible main compartment that is lined with Polartec Wind Pro ® and capped on both sides with an elastic cuff that helps seal in heat and keep out wind when in use. The outer shell is a combination of stretch woven and Cordura for a functional mixture of comfort, and abrasion resistance in high-wear areas.

The MUFF can be stowed by folding in the cuff edges and then rolling up the primary compartment until the two zipper halves meet and can be connected. Re-deploying is a quick and easy single-zip process.

The Fat Strap MK4 is a universal H-harness solution designed to work with the Micro Fight Chassis, 34 A Split Chest Rig, and Thing 2 expansion chassis. This reduced profile design now includes an updated Squadron overlay panel with more horizontal mounting points for PTTs and other equipment, as well as shock cord holes for mounting other kit. A loop field patch on the back completes the Straps for placement of name tapes or IR Markers. Brilliance in the Basics means that we constructed these without complicated yoke systems or unnecessary features. 

The Fat Strap MK4 is a single strap. You do NOT need to order two to complete your Micro Fight or 34A Split Chest Rig. You only need to order ONE.

It's pretty simple: if you have a Micro Fight Chest Rig, you're going to need this. The Back Strap provides the retention necessary to keep the Chassis close to your body. The back strap attaches to the lower buckles on your Micro Fight Chest Rig and wraps around your lower back. 

This strap can also be used as a sling if you wish to carry your Micro Fight in a cross-body configuration as a "Go Bag." The Micro Fight Back Strap has a maximum adjustment of 36 inches and a minimum adjustment of 8 inches. 

NOTE: The BACK STRAP is part of the Micro Fight Chest Rig System. This item does not include the chassis, shoulder straps, magazine inserts, or any other accessories. The BACK STRAP is a necessary component of the Micro Fight Chest Rig System when running as a stand-alone system and highly suggested on a plate carrier.

The MOLLE HLT Cummerbund was designed to be a lightweight and simple load carriage solution for the LV/119 series of vests.

Using the widely adopted MOLLE system, the cummerbund offers almost infinite configurations for mission needs by utilizing any MOLLE accessory that can be found on the market. 

The cummerbund is designed to allow simultaneous use of the same MOLLE cell for products mounted on the inside and outside of the cummerbund.

The MOLLE HLT Cummerbund features premium, Berry Amendment Compliant materials sourced from industry leaders in textiles manufacturing.

Cummerbund Attachment

The cummerbund attachment is a proprietary system that allows for the use of all of our cummerbunds, as well as allowing for a wide range of adjustment. The cummerbund attaches inside the plate bag, which is advantageous for a few reasons.

1. There is no external mounting that can get snagged or rip off when exiting vehicles in haste.

2. The design creates a smooth profile when worn underneath clothing.

3. Loop is not utilized as an attachment method on the rear plate bag. Velcro wears out over time and is a generally less-than-optimal attachment method when not supported in other ways. Velcro doesn't handle weight well and it sticks to everything, especially cloth seats.

Sizing

The cummerbund comes in two sizes: Size 1 and Size 2, each offering up to 14 inches of total adjustment. This allows for a proper fitment for all body types.

To figure out appropriate sizing, take your measurement of the waist at the belly button. When measuring, users should dress as they would while actually wearing the carrier. For example, if the user is operating in arctic environments, they should be wearing cold weather equipment when measuring.
 

Size 1: 28" to 42"

Size 2: 40" to 54"

If your waist measurement is 42", we suggest going up to the Size 2 cummerbund.

The Multi-Platform Radio Chassis (MPRC) Mk5 is a modular and scalable approach to radio retention that can accommodate a wide range of radio models. The chassis is a three-part system that allows the internal dimensions of the MPRC to expand and contract as needed. With this wide fitment range, almost any radio model can be properly secured and ventilated while maintaining the full range of functions on the handset.  

The chassis backer is a semi-rigid board that can be mounted to body armor, chest rigs, and packs using its two MOLLE columns, or on the waist via the integrated belt pass-through. The board is stiff enough to provide a firm mounting surface for any radio and keep it immobile regardless of size.

The base of the MPRC Mk5 is a tri-flap battery cup that is MOLLE adjustable for height on the front of the chassis backer. The MOLLE interface provides users with a wide range of adjustability without sacrificing any durability or structural integrity in the chassis. The tri-fold flaps enable the user to swap batteries without removing the radio or unplugging any wires and can be resecured with an additional layer of redundancy via the fastex buckle that runs through the front.

The top strap can be threaded through the chassis backer in one of two slots to further accommodate the wide variety of radio sizes, and will help the user configure the MPRC Mk5 so that it does not impede buttons or toggles on the handset.

Communication Cable Routing

It also offers small routing points by the 1 Inch ITW NEXUS buckles on the chest - easily accommodating PTT cable routing.

The Full Flap allows for coverage of the entire front General Purpose Pocket of the Micro Fight Chassis. The Full Flap configuration is perfect for users who wish to use the front pocket as a GP Pouch or when pistol mags are simply not needed.  

Using the Full Flap is easy. Simply attach the 2 inch strip of Velcro in between your magazine insert and the Chassis wall on the inside of the main pouch on your Micro Fight. Then fold the Full Flap over to cover the entire length of the General Purpose Pocket.
